I run a number of groups.
- Therapy – Group therapy for individuals. Closed groups* meeting monthly.
- Weight Management – Diets don’t work; gaining a deeper understanding of your relationship with food does. Again these are closed groups, who meet weekly.
- Personal and Professional Development for Mental Health Professionals – A warm and supportive space to explore personal and professional issues.
- Walk and Talk – This is a new group combining the benefits of a group experience with moderate exercise.
*A closed group is a group which is formed with a specific number of participants over an agreed length of time.
